Councils

Many councils in New Zealand are considering, or have already moved to develop smokefree policies to discourage smoking in outdoor areas used by children.  Below is a brief summary of the Councils which have adopted these policies.  Click on the name of the council to find out more information.  Work is underway in other areas as well.
